Estin & Co was created in 1997 and developed by former executives and partners from Mercer Management Consulting, the Boston Consulting Group, and Braxton Associates.
Our teams of consultants include French, British, German, Swiss, Italian, Luxembourg, Dutch, North American and Chinese nationals.
They are recruited at various levels:
- Consultants coming from undergraduate universities and French “grandes écoles” (Polytechnique, Centrale, Mines, Ponts et Chaussées, HEC, ESSEC, ESCP, Oxford, Cambridge, LSE, HSG St.Gallen, Solvay, Bocconi, WHU, Peking University, Tsinghua University, Fudan University, etc.).
- Senior Consultants, either with an MBA degree (Harvard, Wharton, Stanford, Chicago Booth, MIT, Columbia, INSEAD, etc.) and a few years of successful professional experience, or with several years of successful experience in management positions.
- Experienced and successful consultants coming from other leading strategy consulting firms, who have the potential to join us directly as project managers or partners.
They are specialized in strategy consulting in order to avoid a dilution of competence. They work on a regular basis in Europe, North America, Asia, the Mediterranean Rim and the Indian Ocean.
