"Collaborating on complex problem-solving for top-tier clients ensures every day is unique and challenging."

Background

Life outside the firm

Why I joined

After graduating from HEC, I wanted to join a strategy consulting firm to learn about a wide range of industries in a stimulating and challenging environment. As a pure player in strategy, Estin & Co offers significant exposure to a wide range of high-level issues.

The firm's human scale also encourages autonomy and initiative.

Life at the firm

I enjoy working with consultants from other offices, as it brings diversity in terms of cultures and approaches. There is a good atmosphere within the teams, and we enjoy a high degree of flexibility in our day-to-day work.

The daily job

I mainly work on cases for corporate clients, particularly on growth issues. As a senior consultant, I conduct financial and strategic analyses to identify and understand problems, then structure relevant and actionable recommendations in collaboration with the client.
