Why I joined
I decided to join Estin & Co to gain hands-on experience and strategic insights across a range of industries, strengthening my ability to quickly understand diverse business models and competitive dynamics. I also value the firm’s international setup, which enables collaboration with colleagues and clients across countries while offering exposure to a broad variety of perspectives.
Life at the firm
Life at Estin & Co is defined by a high degree of flexibility and a strong collaborative spirit. Team members work together in a way that leverages individual strengths while supporting each other in areas for development, ensuring that everyone contributes where they add the most value. Interaction is close and non-hierarchical, with open exchanges across all levels and partners actively engaged in daily project work. This environment fosters accountability and continuous learning.
The daily job
Our daily work is characterized by a high degree of complexity and strong analytical thinking. A significant part of the time is dedicated to understanding how different industries function from a high-level perspective and identifying the key drivers that shape performance and competitive dynamics.
There is no such thing as a standard day, as every project comes with its own context, challenges, and objectives. As a result, priorities and tasks constantly evolve, keeping the work dynamic, and tailored to each client’s specific situation.
