No one will prove evenly skilled in all aspects. We look for individuals who demonstrate exceptional talent for one or two capabilities, and while having no insurmontable deficiencies, can develop the others. In addition, we demand a strong ability to work efficiently in teams.
Recruiting
We expect you to come from an outstanding undergraduate to postgraduate school, be it in business, economics, science, engineering or else. When you have a prior professional experience, it should demonstrate that you have been successful and that you have created value for your organization and its clients. We recruit at all levels. We look for :
- Consultants coming from undergraduate universities and French “grandes écoles” (Polytechnique, Centrale, Mines, Ponts et Chaussées, HEC, ESSEC, ESCP, Oxford, Cambridge, LSE, St.Gallen, Solvay, Bocconi, WHU, Peking University, Tsinghua University, Fudan University, etc.)
- Senior Consultants, either with an MBA degree (Harvard, Wharton, Stanford, Chicago Booth, MIT, Columbia, INSEAD, etc.) and a few years of successful professional experience, or with several years of successful experience in management positions.
- Experienced and successful consultants coming from other leading strategy consulting firms, who have the potential to join us directly as project managers or partners.
