Strategy consulting
We specialize in strategy consulting. We believe that our employees need to focus their experience and skills on this specific field in order to be productive with clients. We do not ask our consultants to do process reengineering work, basic cost cutting, field organization, information systems, because these are different consulting fields requiring different skill sets.
International scope
We work for North American and Asian corporations in Europe and for European corporations worldwide.
Our organization is not based on profit centers by office. We form teams of consultants for a specific project, only based on competence, regardless of the location and office affiliation of the consultants.
You will therefore have to work on different topics and markets and for different clients on an international basis. You will be part of international teams. Our consultants are not “prisoners” of a specific office.

Training and learning
We foster training and experience sharing in every way we can, knowing that the main transfer will take place on the job.
You will learn from the senior people working in your team, during face to face discussions, during case team meetings where everyone presents her/his own pieces of work, in clients meetings, watching the partners interact with the senior management of the client.
Your formal training will encompass our introductory and bi-yearly training seminars, where formal presentations and case studies allow you to learn and apply the consulting tools, techniques and approach. It will be completed by our monthly meetings, where consultants discuss what they have done, learned and missed in a recent project, as well as by dedicated days of teaching (a few times a year) when specific methods and techniques (especially in the finance and business economics areas) are taught by senior professionals and put into practice during group case studies.
